How long it takes

• EU/UK/EEA residents (GDPR): we respond within 30 days.
• California residents (CCPA/CPRA): we respond within 45 days.
• For some requests we'll need to verify your identity first — usually a confirmation email or order details.

• Your order number (if applicable) — helps us verify your identity faster
• Any additional context about what you're asking for
