We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Returns — 10-Day Window

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • With the original security/return tag attached and unaltered

Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Start a Return

We are not using a returns portal at this time.

To start a return, email: support@andrewcharles.com

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you’re returning
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if there’s damage/defect

Exchanges / Sizing Help

If a product is too large or too small, email support@andrewcharles.com so we can help accommodate the correct sizing.

For most exchanges, we waive the shipping cost. Reach out and we’ll see what we can do for you.

Return Shipping Labels

If we require you to pay for a return shipping label, we will email you the label cost first. After it’s processed, the return label will be sent to your email address.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are return-eligible. The 10-day window starts on the delivery date, not the order date. Standard return conditions apply (unused, unwashed, security/return tag attached).

Important

Returns that are worn, washed, damaged, missing the security tag, or outside the window may be rejected.

Refund Timing

Please allow up to 2 weeks after the return is received and inspected for your refund to appear.

International Returns

International returns may be subject to shipping fees, duties, and taxes. Any applicable costs will be communicated during the return approval process.
